First, I need to sell my house. I love my house, but once you make the decision to sell, its like I want it sold RIGHT NOW!!!!!
Second, I need a vacation to sit on the beach and relax and enjoy the sun, water and sand. Bear Lake doesn't count because its not really great sand there and the water is FREEZING!!

Yeah, I am with you on the beach thing. They aren't so warm here either.
