Thanks for your marathon 'blog comments. Way 2 Go on your Half Marathon! That's a big accomplishment. If you can do a half, you can do a full. Same principles, just a bigger scale. Go to marathonrookie.com for some good ideas. Pick out a marathon, sign up, and have fun training. (The weekly long, slow run is quite important) There is a 16 week training schedule on that website that is helpful to print off and use. The Ogden marathon is a nice spring marathon if you are ready by then. I'm certainly no expert, but I'm happy to share what little experience I have! Good Luck!
