Week #2 -

No loss, no gain
this means I'm the same
Is it good or
Is it bad
Often depends on
where you are at.
For me
no gain is good.
Not enough food
to put on the weight.
So goes the battle
of this fair maid.
Maybe next week
will meet the grade.

I've got this new diet you should try out, but you would have to wait till after you half marathon, you can't exersize while you are doing it, it only lasts a month, I've been doing it for 2 weeks and I've already lost 17 lbs, I'm totally serious, call me or email me I'll tell you all about it!
